Lauded jazz trumpeter/composer and revered collaborator Ambrose Akinmusire curates and hosts two distinct evenings that mix leading artists from a diverse range of disciplines for exclusive Walker performances. Interested in creating artistic conversations between unlikely peers, Akinmusire moves beyond a typical jazz concert and presents unusual cross-disciplinary collaborations and unique performances by a mix of accomplished artists, including the acclaimed Mivos Quartet, DC-based rapper/producer/singer Kokayi, and others to be announced.
